DOES MY PET NEED TO BE VACCINATED?
Yes! Dogs must have: Distemper, Parvo, Rabies, and Canine Bordetella (canine cough). Cats must have: FVRCP, Feline Leukemia, and Rabies.
We require copies of the vaccination record with all vaccines listed or we cannot board until completed.
MY PET DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE, DO THEY STILL NEED VACCINES?
Yes! Although your pet may not visit areas where other dogs or cats may be present, they are visiting a kennel where other animals have been and are currently residing.
MY PET CANNOT RECEIVE VACCINES, CAN THEY STILL BOARD?
It depends on your comfortability and your veterinarians advice. Certain conditions may prevent your pet from being allowed to have specific vaccines. A vet note must accompany your pet indicating they are healthy and well suited for boarding.
MY DOG HAS ALL THE VACCINES EXCEPT FOR ONE, IS THIS OKAY?
No, they must be have received all vaccines listed above to board.
HOW OLD MUST MY PUPPY/KITTEN BE TO BOARD?
Puppies and kittens must be at least 16 weeks of age. This is when they are old enough to receive all of their vaccines.
WHY IS THE FRONT DOOR LOCKED?
Sometimes we have escapees into our lobby during feeding and watering. Locking the door controls incoming traffic from opening the door during these times where the escape artist may leave the kennel into an uncontrolled area.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Food and treats. We do not supply food as many of our guests have allergies or medical conditions that there is no catch all food for everyone. Plus all dogs love treats!
WHAT DOES ALL PETS SUPPLY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDING?
Bowls, bedding, and toys. You are welcome to bring your own!
MY DOG IS FOOD AGGRESSIVE, WILL THIS BE OKAY?
Yes! Each dog kennel is a private room so everyone eats individually. When we have pairs that need to eat separately, this can be accommodated as well.
MY DOG IS NOT GOOD WITH OTHER DOGS, WILL THIS BE OKAY?
Yes! We offer private rooms, so they will dwell individually. Our Boarding Agreement offers a socialization permission slip. For those who wish to not be socialized, we offer private exercise time.
IT IS SUMMER, DO YOU HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Yes! We have an air conditioning unit in the building for climate control. We monitor excessive high temperatures to assure comfortability.
